Someone please help me. i was listening to my white 30 gb zune and all of a sudden it froze(as usual) so i decided to reset it. Once i reset it, the usual zune logo appears when it starts up but then after that the screen is just black.  The zune IS on cuz u can see the backlight but the screen is completely black and u cant play any music.  I've reset like 20 times but it doesnt do anything and even when i connect it to the computer, the zune program doesnt recognize it and it doesnt do anything. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how do u fix it?

another solution might be if you completely erase all contents, incluiding the software...
You got to press some button combination while resettig it.
Afterwards try to  reconnect it to your PC.

i think the OP already tried that he refers to it as "reset" the up and back is a "soft" reset
